Favorite course or the one you most look forward to.

Do any of you eyeball a course or two thinking, "I wish I could just jump to that one" or have a favorite course you have taken already or are currently in? I have a specific interest in anesthesia and diagnostic imaging (x-rays and ultrasound), even though I haven't gotten to those courses yet.

Now that you're aware of the information at your disposal, describe how it will be helpful to you as you pursue your college degree.

Information at my disposal will help me incredibly with finding the information needed when writing papers.  I'll be able to have reliable resources for questions I may need on certain study material.  I can look up definitions I may not understand in my studies.  I can also use this information for work as far educating a client on information needed for the patient.  I will also be able to give feedback to other students that need help finding resources.

Okay, so I'm trying to do this computer apps course and I'm struggling with it some because I don't have the software that it's wanting me to have. And I don't really have the extra cash right now to go get the software and I can't find it anywhere online for a trial or whatever it is. Can anyone help me or give me any suggestions? I'm winging it as of right now... I mean, I'm doing okay I guess to not have the software, but when it comes down to the graded assignments, if I don't have this software, I'm screwed! HELP!!!!

The Laboratory Procedures Domain of the VTNE covers a TON of stuff!  A large chunk is clinical pathology and I highly recommend taking a look at the clin path section of the VSPN Notebook.  Don't skimp on the parasitology section!

What are some creative names you've given your pets?

Do you get creative when you name your pets? Or do you use the classics like Fido and Bruno and Fluffy? Or do you maybe give your pets human names like Fred or something along those lines? I personally like to be a bit fun with my pet's names. I have a dog named Scrabble, and two cats named Freya and Loki, who used to have two brothers named Odin and Thor! How about you? Tell me some of your fun pet names!

What kind of pet do you have?
