The topic I searched was children's nutrition. The type of I found was that we should not push children to eat. you should have a routine. Kids should be given there food and snacks at the same time everyday. When you introduce, new foods they should be served with the foods that the children love. A great way to get children to eat veggies and fruits you can make it fun get sauces or cookie cutters to make different shapes that they will enjoy. To go along with their meal/snacks give them milk ,100% juice but most important offer water. I also found that, if its possible you should involve the children in the shopping process, so they can pick and choose their own foods, like fruits veggies. Also I found the nutritional value of meat fish eggs milk, they serve as protein. That vitamin A&C is for normal cell growth. Thiamine found in meat yeast and grains are for the metabolism and normal neural activity. They also stated that in vitamin B found in meat wheat germ dairy products and yeast are from riboflavin. I did my search on the three search engine that were provided. I liked all three, but I found that the ISEEK Education engine provided information/worksheets so i can do a lesson with a class, even though I was able to obtain great nutritional information. I found that both BING & Dogpile search engine were a lot more similar.
